What is CondoCMS?
CondoCMS is cloud software for condominium and HOA management in Costa Rica. It covers fee billing, payments, delinquency, water readings, electronic invoicing with Hacienda, amenity bookings, announcements, visitor control, violations and virtual assemblies.
Does CondoCMS issue electronic invoices with Hacienda?
Yes. The electronic invoicing module issues electronic receipts and sends them to Costa Rica’s Ministry of Finance (Hacienda) from the same platform.
How does CondoCMS calculate maintenance fees?
It automatically generates each unit’s monthly charges based on its ownership share, keeping account statements and delinquency up to date.
What can residents do in the portal?
Check their account statement, report payments with a receipt, book amenities, read announcements, register visitors, view violations and take part and vote in assemblies.
Can we hold virtual assemblies?
Yes. Regular or extraordinary board meetings and assemblies include video calls, chat, voting on resolutions (for, against or abstain), notes, recording and transcription.
Do I need to install anything?
No. CondoCMS runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones.
Can I enable only the modules I need?
Yes. Each condominium has its own module catalog and pays only for what it uses.
